A company is looking for a Staff Software Engineer (Java Libraries).
Key Responsibilities
Own architecture and direction for Java ecosystem infrastructure, enabling secure and reproducible workflows
Design and maintain automation for building, validating, and publishing Java artifacts
Build internal developer tools to improve the process of maintaining Java packages at scale
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in Java or similar ecosystems focused on build systems or developer tooling
Proven experience with Gradle / Maven plugins and CI / CD automation
Deep familiarity with dependency management and multi-module builds
Experience with cloud-native environments and modern CI / CD systems
Demonstrated ability to debug toolchain and packaging issues at scale
