• *Duties and Responsibilities**:
• *Project Planning and Designing**
- Create implementation plans, and designs and generate detailed technical implementation reports for each undertaken project.
- Generate design, implementation, disaster recovery, and other technical documents if required.
- Stay current on industry trends and new technologies and recommend future initiatives.
• *Implementation**
- Complete configuration and upgrading based on the design and specifications of client proposals.
- Perform Product health check.
• *Testing, Documentation and Reporting**
- Maintain and submit accurate implementation reports, test reports, and other documents as required on a project basis
- Provide timely status reports to supervisors and project managers.
- Provide project LLD design and project implementation plan.
• *Technical Assistance and Consultation**
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues when contacted by clients by providing both on-site and remote support.
- Follow-up on major accounts in terms of technical support and proactive support service.
- Provide hands-on training to the customer “Knowledge Transfer”.
- Run Instructor-led classroom training.
- Provide post-implementation consultation by analyzing operational needs and proposing technical solutions based on customer requirements.
• *Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Telecommunication, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or any related IT field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in any IT-related field.
- Expertise In Cisco Identity Service Engine (ISE), Trust Sec, Radius, EAP, and TACACS
- Knowledge of basic Cisco Security Products and Technologies such as ASA, FTD, VPN
- Knowledge of basic Routing and Switching and Wireless LANControllers.
- Proven experience in troubleshooting and/or implementing Security solutions across Enterprise and Service provider environments
- CCNP Security Certificate
• *Skills**:
- Very Good command in both English & Arabic languages (writing, reading & conversation)
- Very Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to learn new languages and technologies
