Key responsibilities include: • Supporting design, development, and sustaining engineering activities across electrical, manufacturing, and test teams • Using design tools for schematics, PCB layout, and circuit simulation • Working with analog circuits, sensors, AC/DC power supplies, and communication interfaces (Ethernet/IP, 4–20 mA, RS‑485, etc.) • Performing design verification testing, analyzing results, and ensuring products meet specifications • Participating in design reviews and collaborating with multiple engineering disciplines • Troubleshooting electrical circuits at the block or component level • Improving product manufacturability, reducing cost, and enhancing reliability • Working with external vendors and contractors to develop subsystems • Using analysis tools for thermal modeling, control algorithms, and magnetics design • Creating test plans, executing testing, and documenting findings • Maintaining all design documentation — schematics, BOMs, specs, manuals Tools & Software You’ll Use Experience with any of the following is helpful: • Microsoft Office Suite • CSI • UKG • SolidWorks • Altium • Mathcad • SPICE‑based simulation (Simetrix, etc.) What They’re Looking For • 7+ years of experience in the industrial power supply space • Strong knowledge of high‑voltage / high‑current design from PCB through final assembly • Proven ability to troubleshoot and improve existing designs • Experience in plating/surface‑finish power design is a bonus Why This Role Is Attractive • Highly visible role in a tight‑knit engineering team • Work on products used in multiple high‑tech industries • Hands‑on development, lab testing, and product ownership • Full‑time onsite engineering environment with cross‑functional exposure “Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled To read our Candidate Privacy Information Statement, which explains how we will use your information, please navigate to https://www.lhh.com/us/en/candidate-privacy The Company will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and/or security clearance requirements, including, as applicable: • The California Fair Chance Act • Los Angeles City Fair Chance Ordinance • Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers • San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance”
