Responsibilities: • Calendar Management of CPO • Meeting Set Up & Coordination • Tech Support During Meetings (Screen sharing, checking sound, working with IT department to troubleshoot any issues) • Job Fair coordination • Excel spreadsheet updates/creation • PeopleSoft Data Entry/Changes • Take Home Vehicle Program Administrator • NeoGov job posting • Scheduling Interviews for All Divisions • Responsible for Background Checks • Act as a Training Coordinator in support of the Manager, Training & Organizational Development • Use Learning Management System (LMS) to track completion records, certifications, and compliance • Verifications of Employment (VOE) • HR Outlook Calendar Updates & Maintenance • File Maintenance • DynaFile Maintenance (electronic record keeping system) • Perform Yard Maintenance (performance management system) • Reserving Conference Rooms Qualifications and Requirements: • 2-5+ years of Human Resource coordination or department experience • MS Suites, MS Excel (proficiency required), Adobe, HRIS exp preferred, MS Forms, One Note, MS Outlook, PowerPoint • Bachelors or associate’s degree in business administration • Executive Level C-Suite experience REQUIRED Benefits and Perks: • Pay range: $25.00- $30.00 per hr. • Medical, dental, and vision insurance options • Training and growth opportunities • Weekly pay and convenient location Your New Organization: One of four Commissioner precincts in Harris County, serving parts of Houston and surrounding communities.
