Systems Administrator – Quant fund
£80,000-120,000 + bonus
We are currently seeking motivated individuals with exceptional records of academic and/or professional achievement to join our client’s Systems team as a systems administrator. This includes a sophisticated Windows and Linux desktop/server environment, cutting-edge storage and clustered computing solutions, and diverse communications platforms. Take ownership of diverse support and project tasks encompassing a wide range of technology, including Windows PCs and servers, UNIX servers, mobile devices, and an advanced communications infrastructure.
Exhibit resourcefulness by leveraging independent research, prior experience, and critical analysis to conquer unfamiliar challenges and propel demanding projects forward.
Proficiency in the Microsoft Windows enterprise environment and standard applications like Microsoft Office, coupled with a demonstrated passion for optimizing processes and technology.
Familiarity with general systems administration, encompassing hardware and software administration, as well as providing comprehensive support for phone, desk-side, trade floor, and/or remote users.
Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and organizational abilities enabling seamless collaboration with diverse colleagues from around the world, hailing from varied backgrounds, experiences, and projects.
