Job Description:
Are you enthusiastic about harnessing low-code solutions to drive innovation? As a Solutions Architect focusing on Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot, you will be instrumental in designing and implementing scalable, user-friendly solutions that transform business processes. Your role will include championing the adoption of Power Platform and Copilot technologies, collaborating closely with stakeholders to deliver automation, integrate AI, and enhance business processes aligning with strategic goals.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Establish guiding principles for the application of innovative solutions across the organization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to precisely define specifications, procedures, and technical standards for application development initiatives.
• Employ technical expertise to create effective solutions for complex business challenges.
• Identify system dependencies and explore alternative technologies to improve productivity and operational capabilities.
• Research and assess new technologies and vendor solutions to stay ahead in the field.
• Engage directly with business users to gather requirements, analyze challenges, and transform needs into efficient low-code solutions.
• Maintain comprehensive application roadmaps, technical standards, and best practices for low-code development.
• Guide and mentor business users and citizen developers to enhance their understanding and usage of Power Platform and Copilot.
• Explore and integrate emerging technologies to improve business operations and efficiency.
• Design seamless interfaces and integrations for smooth data flow between applications and systems.
• Document standards and procedures for effective solution design and deployment.
• Conduct architecture and code reviews to ensure high-quality standards.
• Monitor application performance and suggest optimizations for optimal business outcomes.
• Perform additional duties as required.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree.
• A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience, with equivalent experience considered in lieu of a degree.

• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot technologies.
• Deep understanding of low-code development principles and frameworks.
• Proven skills in collaborating with business users to transform needs into user-friendly solutions.

• Demonstrated initiative and accountability for achieving results.
Pay Range: Minimum: $101,150, Maximum: $176,987
