Description
• Define and maintain enterprise solution architecture aligned with strategic objectives.
• Develop and update technology roadmaps and application landscapes for scalability and growth.
• Lead solution design and governance processes, hosting technical design boards.
• Translate business requirements into comprehensive architectural solutions.
• Create and maintain architectural artefacts such as C4 models and network topology diagrams.
• Evaluate technology stacks and vendor proposals to ensure compliance and strategic fit.
• Provide governance and guidance to engineering teams throughout the development lifecycle.
• Ensure adherence to security, risk management, and audit standards.
• Act as technical lead for major transformation programmes and strategic initiatives.
Profile
• Minimum 10 years' experience in application/infrastructure design, with at least 5 years as a Solution Architect on medium to large projects.
• 3+ years of team management experience.
• Proven expertise in health insurance or health services domain.
• Strong knowledge of architecture frameworks, integration patterns, and technical design principles.
• Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and cloud‑native design.
• Deep understanding of non‑functional requirements such as security, scalability, and performance optimisation.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Cantonese.
• A proactive leader with strong problem‑solving abilities.
