Job Description As a Solution Architect (System & Cloud), your main responsibilities will include: • Define and evolve infrastructure and private cloud architecture, standards, and technology roadmaps aligned to business objectives and regulatory needs. • Evaluate emerging technologies and drive continuous process automation and improvement across critical services. • Lead end‑to‑end management of the private cloud platform (compute, storage, network, virtualization, containers/K8s, CMP), ensuring reliability, security, and performance. • Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to implement expansions, environment builds, evergreening, upgrades, and maintenance within agreed windows. • Serve as technical lead during major incidents; drive root‑cause analysis and remediation to prevent recurrence. • Plan and execute disaster recovery drills and problem/defect backlogs with clear ownership and timelines. • Ensure the platform meets enterprise policies, regulatory obligations, audits, and security controls; address technical/security inquiries from stakeholders. • Champion DevOps/SysOps practices and implement automation (CI/CD, infra as code, operational runbooks) to optimize platform usage and stability. • Provide technical guidance to application and platform clients, including environment troubleshooting and performance tuning. • Manage a blended team (internal engineers + managed service provider) and handle renewals, new solutions, budgeting, and RFP/RFQ/contract processes per procurement policy. • Partner with cross‑functional technology teams supporting business‑critical systems in a fast‑moving market; surface and drive improvement opportunities to leadership. The Successful Applicant A successful Solution Architect (System & Cloud) should have: • A strong background in cloud platform management and implementation. • Expertise in cloud infrastructure, tools, and technologies. • Deep hands‑on exposure to virtualization, compute, storage, networking, containers/Kubernetes, cloud management platforms, and DevOps toolchains. • Proven leadership abilities and experience in managing technical teams. • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. • Strong knowledge of security and compliance standards in cloud services. • Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with diverse teams. • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, analysis, presentation, documentation, and reporting skills; strong written/spoken English (Putonghua an advantage).
