Job Summary
We’re looking for Testers (for Manual and Automation) to join a leading regional entertainment and hospitality company on a 12-month renewable contract. You will play a key role in ensuring software quality across desktop, web, and mobile applications. The role involves designing, executing, and maintaining test scripts, supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and collaborating with business and IT teams to ensure smooth deployment of high-quality solutions.
Mandatory Skill-set
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field;
• Must have 1–5 years of software or application testing experience (Manual: 1+ years, Automation: 2–5 years);
• Hands-on experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail) and automation tools (e.g., Tosca, Selenium, Neoload);
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills;
• Ability to prepare test cases, test data, and execute manual/automated scripts;
• For Automation: experience designing reusable scripts for functional, regression, integration, and smoke tests.
Desired Skill-set
• Exposure to UAT and defect tracking;
• Ability to collaborate with analysts, developers, and end users;
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
Responsibilities
• Prepare test cases, test artefacts, and Requirement Traceability Matrix based on functional specifications or user stories;
• Develop test data and execute manual and/or automated test scripts;
• Analyse test results to identify bugs, predict user behavior, and suggest solutions;
• Assist business users in performing UAT and coordinate with developers/analysts;
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Tricentis Tosca or Neoload (for Automation);
• Automate functional, regression, integration, and smoke tests using reusable scripts;
• Document testing activities, produce daily/summary reports, and track issues through resolution;
• Ensure timely delivery and smooth transition of tested solutions to production.
