Job Summary
• Automation Tester responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts using Tricentis Tosca/Neoload to ensure software quality across web, mobile, and desktop applications; Collaborates with business analysts and developers to streamline testing processes and report issues.
Mandatory Skill-set
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field;
• Must have 2–5 years hands-on experience with Tricentis Tosca or Tricentis Neoload (or equivalent automation tools);
• Experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail);
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Desired Skill-set
• Ability to create reusable and modular automated test scripts;
• Experience automating functional, regression, integration, and smoke tests;
• Knowledge of model-based testing approaches;
• Ability to develop comprehensive test plans and cases for automation;
• Experience collaborating with developers and business analysts for requirements understanding.
Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Tricentis Tosca Test Automation or Tricentis Neoload for various applications (desktop client , web, mobile);
• Create reusable and modular test scripts to streamline the testing process;
• Automate functional, regression, integration, and smoke tests using Tricentis’s model-based approach;
• Collaborate with business analysts and developers to understand testing requirements and application functionality;
• Develop comprehensive test plans and cases for automation;
• Execute automated test cases and monitor results, ensuring all issues are identified and reported.
