Job Description
• Lead the design, development , and maintenance of software solutions using C++ .
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of software with other systems.
• Oversee code quality and ensure adherence to best practices and industry standards.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation to support ongoing projects.
• Provide technical mentorship and guidance to team members.
• Work closely with stakeholders to translate requirements into functional software solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation within the software development process.
• Support troubleshooting and debugging efforts to maintain high system reliability.
The Successful Applicant
A successful R&D Software Lead (C++) should have:
