Role Overview
We are looking for skilled Java Full Stack Software Engineers to join our UAE office. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance, customize, and maintain our enterprise-grade Time and Attendance platform, 360 TNA.
This is a Work from Office role in the UAE, offering strong regional and international exposure, including opportunities for client interactions and on-site visits across the Middle East and Africa.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain enterprise-grade, web-based applications for 360 TNA
• Build backend services using Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Hibernate
• Design and enhance front-end components using React.js, Bootstrap, HTML5, CSS3
• Work with MS SQL Server, writing complex queries, stored procedures, and optimizing performance
• Contribute to mobile application development (React Native, Flutter, Android/iOS SDK)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the organization
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes
• Provide technical support and deliver client-specific customizations
• Engage directly with enterprise clients and support on-site implementations when required
Required Skills & Qualifications
• 3+ years of professional experience in Java Full Stack Development
• Strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Hibernate ORM
• Proficiency in front-end technologies: React.js, Bootstrap, HTML5, CSS3
• Solid experience with MS SQL Server (queries, stored procedures, performance tuning)
• Good understanding of OOP principles, REST APIs, and design patterns
• Experience in mobile application development (React Native, Flutter, Android/iOS SDK) is a plus
• Strong communication skills in English
• Experience working with enterprise or GCC clients is an added advantage

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,500.00 per month
