About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Software Engineer to drive Generative AI (GenAI) adoption across the enterprise. You will work closely with engineering teams to evaluate, implement, and scale modern AI development tools, AI agents, and emerging platform capabilities. This role involves building internal applications, enabling automation, and shaping best‑in‑class engineering practices.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, integrate, and enable GenAI capabilities across the enterprise development ecosystem.
• Evaluate emerging GenAI tools and frameworks, perform hands-on validation, and drive enterprise‑grade adoption.
• Build, integrate, and maintain AI-driven systems including AI Agents and MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers.
• Develop and support internal engineering tools, applications, and platforms.
• Implement modern software engineering practices including automated testing, CI/CD, secure coding, and progressive release strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering, architecture, and cybersecurity teams to ensure secure and scalable AI solutions.
Required Qualifications
• 10+ years of professional software development and architecture experience.
• Strong experience in Java (required).
• Strong experience in Python (required).
• Experience using GenAI development tools such as:
• GitHub Copilot / GitHub Coding Agent
• Claude
• Gemini Code Assist
• Devin
(2+ years hands-on experience required)
• Experience with AI Agent development and MCP Server implementation (1+ year preferred).
• Experience with TypeScript (plus).
