Responsibilities
• Design new software features and implement for automation machine applications to enhance our product’s capability.
• Develop, implement, and maintain software for high-speed automated equipment, covering design, coding, testing, debugging, and validation.
• Perform on-machine debugging and troubleshooting to support system performance and reliability.
• Maintain and enhance existing software for deployed equipment.
• Support laboratory testing, system tuning, and performance measurement activities.
• Utilize Python for scripting, testing, data analysis, or automation support where applicable.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Automation, Mechatronics, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in software design and implementation using C++ in Linux or Windows environments.
• Working knowledge of the semiconductor backend industry.
• Basic understanding of mechanical systems, electronics, or semiconductor packaging processes is an advantage.
• Hands-on experience working with machines and measurement systems in a laboratory or production environment.
• Python programming experience for scripting, testing, or tooling is a plus.
