1. Cloud Native & Infrastructure
○ Proficient in Kubernetes (K8s) architecture, cluster deployment, and operational management.
○ Extensive hands-on experience with AWS cloud platform services (e.g., EC2, S3, RDS, EKS, VPC) and operational best practices.
2. Observability & Monitoring
○ Skilled in configuring and managing Prometheus, Grafana, and AlertManager for metrics collection and dashboard customization.
○ Preferred: Proven experience in building Monitoring or Logging systems (e.g., ELK/EFK stack) from scratch.
3. Middleware & Database
○ Familiar with PostgreSQL administration, backup/recovery, and performance tuning.
○ Experience with middleware components such as ElasticSearch, Kafka, and RocketMQ, including cluster maintenance and troubleshooting.
4. CI/CD & Deployment
○ Familiar with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or ArgoCD.
○ Preferred: Experience in building Deployment systems or designing automated deployment pipelines from scratch.
5. Scripting & Automation
○ Proficient in Shell scripting for daily operational tasks.
○ Familiarity with at least one programming language (Python or Go); the ability to develop operational automation tools is a strong plus.
