Job Requirements
• Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement effective document control and management processes
• Monitor document control processes to ensure compliance and accuracy
• Set up and maintain project filing systems
• Coordinate all activities related to Document Control procedures, including technical documents, drawings, and records for site materials and construction equipment
• Generate and maintain document control reports as required by the project
• Prepare and type site-related documents and follow up on site documentation needs
• Ensure that controlled copies of the latest approved documents and drawings are distributed to relevant staff, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Source suppliers for materials and other site-related orders
• Maintain project files, registers, and control logs in accordance with project requirements
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by the Project Manager and site team
