We run leadership programs, mentorship, and events that help members grow skills, expand networks, and access opportunities. Executive Women in Tech (EWIT) is our executive network, bringing senior leaders together for high-trust conversations, strategic connections, and founder support. Role overview Seeking a Silicon Valley Investor Community and Startup Growth Analyst. This is a remote, unpaid volunteer internship. You will support investor community growth and startup visibility. You will help connect aligned investors with women-led startups. Time commitment is 10–15 hours per week, flexible. Internship term is 12 weeks. Key responsibilities Community engagement Engage through online channels and direct outreach.Support founder and investor relationship tracking.Support warm introductions and follow-up workflows. Event participation and support Join virtual events, investor sessions, and pitch programs.Support coordination for WomenTech conferences and partner events.Represent WomenTech Network and EWIT in select ecosystem moments. Research and analysis Research startups, investors, and market themes.Track funding news, portfolio activity, and emerging categories.Identify women-led startups and aligned investors, summarize fit. Content creation Draft founder and investor spotlights.Write event recaps, short interviews, and ecosystem briefs.Create social posts that highlight wins and learning. Community development support Help run pitch sessions, demo days, or founder challenges.Improve internal tracking of contacts, intros, and outcomes. Benefits and learning Hands-on experience with venture research and ecosystem work.Mentorship and feedback from WomenTech leaders and Chief in Tech Capital partners.Access to select community events and founder programs.Portfolio-ready outputs: briefs, spotlights, and recaps.
