We are looking for an experienced Product Manager with a strong background in change management and large-scale Shopify implementations. This role requires someone who can drive adoption, create training materials, support users through transitions, and lead global Shopify rollout initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead change management initiatives including training, user adoption, workflow demonstrations, staging demo environments, and creating documentation.
• Champion usability and guide teams through process transitions and product promotions.
• Manage end-to-end Shopify product implementations on a global scale, ensuring smooth deployment across multiple regions.
• Work extensively with Shopify Markets, including hub-and-spoke models, cross-border configurations, currency conversions, and international storefront setup.
• Drive large Shopify programs, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful product delivery.
Required Experience
• Strong expertise in change management and user adoption strategies.
• Hands-on experience with Shopify at enterprise scale, including global rollouts.
• Deep knowledge of Shopify Markets, international setups, and multi-region e-commerce operations.
• Proven experience in delivering large, complex product implementations.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to train, guide, and support teams through major product changes.
