Job Description:
Responsible for the overall design, mapping of client requirements, assess current state (processes and tools), identify SNOW implementation solution options, define SNOW integration requirements and develop overall architecture and implementation plans.
Key Activities
Lead solution scoping, design workshops
Provide expert level support and technical mentoring during solution and design
Have a deep, comprehensive knowledge of SNOW capabilities and constraints
Recognize and develop opportunities to leverage SNOW as a platform
As an SME deliver hands-on configuration, development and integration services and serve in a delivery assurance capacity for all SNOW related projects
Support practice build efforts (IP and talent)
Develop and present business case material for Sr. prospect and customer stakeholders
Create and present tailored SNOW demos
Scope and deliver PoC/PoV engagements with prospects
Respond to RFPs
Work with Sales in pre-sales and sales support activities
Act as a SNOW SME at executive briefings/marketing events
Qualifications:
11+ years in IT industry
Deep SNOW experience is a must
Accreditations across SNOW products
Hands-on on SNOW
Great communication & presentation skills
Work on multiple initiatives and accounts at the same time
Certified ITSM, ITOM, HRSD or any other IT specialization
