ServiceNow QA Analyst – ITSM, ITOM Modules
As a ServiceNow QA analyst at Astra North InfoTech Inc., you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality of our IT service management and operation modules.
• Plan, design, and execute test cases for ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM modules including enhancements, configurations, integrations.
• Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and suites with attention to detail.
• Collaborate with development teams to support automated testing where possible.
To succeed in this position:
• You should have hands-on experience testing multiple ServiceNow modules particularly those listed above-ITSM, -ITOM./div>
