A company is looking for a ServiceNow Platform Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and advise on technical design discussions during client calls
Conduct detailed requirement analysis to define and clarify business needs
Mentor developers and oversee release management activities to ensure quality and compliance
Required Qualifications
8+ years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform
4+ years in a lead developer or architect-level role
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
At least one Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification, preferably in ITSM
Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and integration points
