Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UiPath Developer with extensive experience in architecting and delivering automation solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in UiPath, RPA development, and .NET technologies, coupled with the ability to lead a team and deliver scalable automation solutions in a banking environment. This role involves designing, developing, and implementing automation workflows, evaluating AI and agentic automation tools, and supporting the full project lifecycle from solution design to go-live and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
Architect and design end-to-end automation solutions using UiPath, including UiPath Cloud.
Set up and maintain UiPath development environments and related technologies (e.g., Splunk/logging).
Assess automation opportunities and perform technical due diligence to determine optimal solutions.
Create and maintain Solution Design Documents (SDD) throughout the project lifecycle.
Translate business requirements and process designs into well-structured, maintainable robotic workflows.
Lead and mentor a team of developers and testers, ensuring adherence to best practices.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), go-live rollout, and post-deployment support.
Develop web forms and access control interfaces to support RPA workflows.
Build business logic using .NET family languages and integrate solutions via Web Services/RESTful APIs.
Identify technical infrastructure requirements and communicate risks and issues to project managers.
Conduct component testing, defect resolution, and performance troubleshooting for RPA processes.
Evaluate RPA and AI tools, including agentic automation features, and provide recommendations.
Ensure proper documentation and adherence to Agile and continuous integration practices.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably in Computer Science or Information Technology.
10+ years of professional experience in software development, with strong expertise in SQL, .NET, or other programming languages.
3+ years of hands-on experience with UiPath development, including UiPath Cloud.
Experience working in Agile environments with continuous integration practices.
Strong understanding of business process analysis, process flow diagrams, and technical documentation (Process Design Documents, Technical Design Documents).
Proven ability to lead development teams and implement automation solutions independently.
Experience in Agentic automation and AI-driven RPA solutions is highly desirable.
Familiarity with MSPP tools/technologies is a plus.
