Responsible for ensuring changes meet customer expectations by identifying, tracking and addressing defects before release.
Prepare, develop and execute test cases based on business requirements, covering both functional and non-functional aspects.
Perform manual and automated testing, document results and report discrepancies or defects.
Maintain comprehensive testing documentation and contribute to user manuals and training materials.
