Scrum Master
The primary objective of this role is to oversee the implementation and adherence to our scaled Agile methodology within the team.
As a Scrum Master, you will serve as a coach, mentor, and servant leader guiding teams through the Scrum process while helping them achieve their work assignments and goals.
• Facilitate end-to-end agile processes within a scaled framework encompassing all ceremonies and reporting for multiple concurrent projects.
• Evaluate that all tasks are assigned and accounted for in a backlog with corresponding plans and assignments ensuring protection from other competing priorities.
