Job Description:
In this role you will lead mainframe database software upgrades provide essential administration and tuning collaborate with vendor personnel to tackle database challenges.
• Daily database maintenance
• Optimizing database performance
• Supporting client onboarding processes
You will also be part of a scheduled rotation providing 24×7 on-call support maintaining thorough documentation of your tasks while adhering to our change management policy.
