Senior System Engineer (Hybrid) - Full Time

What you’ll do
• Administer, troubleshoot, patch, and build systems across on-prem and cloud environments
• Design, implement, and optimize secure, scalable infrastructure in AWS and Azure
• Migrate on-prem workloads to the cloud while ensuring performance, compliance, and cost efficiency
• Monitor systems, remediate alerts (including after-hours), and resolve complex infrastructure issues
• Collaborate with security, IT, developers, and business stakeholders to support initiatives and roadmaps
Requirements
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with AWS and/or Azure cloud engineering
• 5+ years of experience managing VMware / vCenter infrastructure
• Experience with backup, disaster recovery, and high-availability systems
• Strong Windows and Linux server administration experience
• Strong Active Directory administration experience
• Scripting experience with Python, PowerShell, or Bash
• Knowledge of least-privilege access principles
• Proven ability to lead technical projects and mentor junior staff
• Advanced troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
