Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain custom applications and integrations for the global support organization
Own the technical infrastructure of internal support tools, ensuring reliability and performance
Build and manage AI-powered workflows to analyze and route incoming support tickets
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience in tools engineering, application development, or support operations
Experience with AI / ML model integration and optimization
Proficiency in Python and web frameworks (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
Experience with SQL and data warehouses like Snowflake or BigQuery
