Reports to: Portfolio Solution Manager – Membership and Lifestyle

Leverage your expertise to lead technical delivery in the Membership and Lifestyle Solution Centre, ensuring we deliver on our brand promise and drive organizational success together with our diverse airport teams around the world.
Key Responsibilities
• Capture and communicate business direction, challenges and requirements.
• Recommends commercially and technically viable ideas to improve the business performance.
• Work closely with Solution Leads, Solution Analysts and Architects to drive and develop the best technical design. Conceptualise and propose solution approaches.
• Planning, designing, developing, implementing, and supporting IT products and applications to meet the customer needs.
• Recommends and implements simple continuous improvement of standard Cathay IT Practices.
• Responsible for application maintenance and striving for continuous improvements within the application lifecycle.
• Test all solution aspects including but not limited to security, performance, integration.
• Manage external 3rd parties as required.
• Provide directions to Solution Leads and Analysts on any aspect of their role
Requirements
• Degree qualification in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Information Technology related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of IT experience with hands-on solution delivery experience in large scale projects
• Direct experience or strong understanding of Membership and Lifestyle systems, Membership program operations or subscription-based business models will be an advantage.
• Client facing experience with successful relationship management is a plus
• Proven verbal and written communication skill
• Professional, passionate, innovative, self-motivated and able to present solutions to diverse groups of stakeholders
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, leveraging both logic and creativity based on facts
• Proven troubleshooting skills; ability to identify patterns and generate ideas
• Airline or travel industry knowledge is highly beneficial
• Solid software development skill is highly beneficial
