About the Role As a Customer Service Officer, you will be the first point of contact for users of our AI mobile applications. Your primary responsibility is to manage user feedback, resolve inquiries, and ensure timely follow-ups that reflect our commitment to excellence and innovation. What will your role be: Undertake functional testing and user experience testing for the company's software products (Web/Android/iOS/Components/AI Applications, etc.), and be responsible for work related to automated testing, performance testing and continuous integration practice. Understand and analyze software requirements, assist the team in optimizing requirement definition and development design implementation, extract test function points, design test cases effectively, execute test cases efficiently, track software defects, and conduct online quality monitoring and analysis. Submit test plans, test reports and bug reports in standard formats, and assist developers in locating and resolving issues. Based on daily work, identify points for quality and efficiency improvement, and continuously enhance the team's quality and efficiency through process optimization, tool or platform development, etc. What an ideal candidate means to us: Bachelor's degree or above in a computer-related major, with a solid foundation in computer science knowledge. At least 5 years of relevant testing work experience, proficient in software testing theories and methodologies. Possess programming thinking and master at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, OC(Swift), JS), with the ability to apply it in quality assurance practices (e.g., code difference testing). Understand business functional logic and system architecture, capable of designing test cases accurately, with rich practical experience in designing abnormal scenario test cases. Master issue locating and analysis methods, including but not limited to server log analysis, client log analysis, coverage analysis, buried point tracking and packet capture. Proficient in API automated testing and familiar with at least one API automated testing framework. Excellent communication skills, strong work responsibility, meticulous and patient, with outstanding learning ability and practical hands-on skills. Familiar with project management processes and have rich practical project experience; candidates with quality analysis and process optimization experience are preferred. Familiar with continuous delivery and with practical implementation experience are preferred. Candidates with testing experience in overseas products and AI-related software are preferred.
