About the Role
We are looking for a passionate Full Stack Software Engineer to design, develop, deploy, and maintain high-impact digital products and services. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, resilient, and maintainable solutions that support digital transformation initiatives. This is an opportunity to contribute to building platforms and tools that empower users across multiple teams.

• Job Type: Contract
• Salary Package: Up to $9,900 (basic) + AWS
Key Responsibilities
• Own feature design and implementation with a focus on maintainability and sound technical choices.
• Develop web applications, including frontend, backend, and cloud infrastructure.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other engineers to deliver impactful solutions.
• Conduct code reviews and advocate best practices.
• Design and build highly available, resilient, and scalable systems.
• Develop frameworks, libraries, or tools to accelerate application development for other teams.
• Mentor teammates to improve technical capabilities and encourage knowledge sharing.
• Translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
Required Skills & Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software engineering or an equivalent role.
• Proficiency in frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript) and frameworks (React, Angular, Vue, etc.).
• Experience in backend development familiarity with Node.js/TypeScript is advantageous.
• Knowledge of multi-tenant architectures is a plus.
• Experience with search technologies (e.g., ElasticSearch, Lunr) is a plus.
• Experience building tools, frameworks, or libraries for internal use.
• Strong understanding of software engineering best practices, including testing, code quality, and scalability.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and mentoring skills.
• Ability to understand business domain concepts and align technical solutions accordingly.
