About the Role
We’re seeking a hands-on Senior Software Engineer to join our high-growth LendingTech platform. You’ll own end-to-end feature delivery - building customer-facing React apps and rock-solid Node.js back-ends in TypeScript. You’ll collaborate with product, design, QA and DevOps to ship new capabilities for real-time lending, dynamic pricing and hyper-personalized financial experiences.

• What You’ll Do
• Architect and implement TypeScript-first REST and GraphQL services on Node.js (NestJS or Express).
• Build rich, responsive UIs in React (with hooks, context/state management, Next.js or equivalent).
• Integrate with PostgreSQL and Redis - design schemas, optimize queries, and ensure data integrity.
• Collaborate with DevOps to containerize services (Docker, Kubernetes), automate CI/CD pipelines, and manage infra as code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Embed best practices: automated testing (Jest, React Testing Library), code reviews, performance profiling and monitoring (Prometheus, Grafana).
• Mentor junior engineers, lead design discussions and drive architectural standards across squads.

Nice to Have
• Experience in Fintech: lending, credit-risk or payments flows
• Familiarity with event-driven architectures (Kafka, SNS/SQS)
• Mobile/web integration using React Native or Flutter
• Knowledge of security and compliance (PCI-DSS, SOC 2)
