Job Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain software for in-house parking systems and/or automation solutions
• Provide ad-hoc remedial support and repair services when required by customers
• Ensure service delivery meets agreed service level expectations for assigned sites
• Develop PC-based software and systems for parking and automation solutions
• Participate in system design, provide technical support, and recommend improvements or customisation to existing systems
• Perform system integration across hardware and software components
• Support product maintenance activities and customer service requirements
• Develop and maintain microcontroller firmware
• Gather and analyse customer requirements to implement new features and enhance product functionality
• Provide on-site system and service support when required
• Evaluate system performance or issues and recommend appropriate solutions
• Implement corrective actions based on feedback and system analysis
• Contribute ideas for system enhancements, process improvements, or new resource development
Job Requirements
• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related discipline
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in a similar industry or role
• Proficiency in SQL and database management
• Programming experience in C and Python
• Strong hands-on experience with VB.NET, WPF, C#, and/or ASP.NET
• Database experience with MS Access and MSSQL
• Ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts clearly
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
