The Position We are looking for a Contract Assistant Manager with hands‑on experience in both traditional and generative AI to join our IT AI Implementation team. In this position, you will manage, design, provide support, and ensure quality for various internal AI initiatives. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Artificial Intelligence, or a related discipline. Minimum of 6 years’ experience in technical support, software development, and project management, preferably in AI‑powered services or solutions. Proven, hands‑on experience with AI technologies, including: Large Language Models (LLMs) Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) Agentic AI Microsoft Copilot and other practical AI‑powered solutions Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and familiarity with databases like Neo4j and MongoDB. Experience with leading AI development tools is required. Demonstrated ability to analyze complex problems and design effective AI solutions, including Generative AI, NLP, and Computer Vision. Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Alibaba Cloud, including their AI‑related services. Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders and collaborate effectively with multi‑disciplinary teams. Good project management, interpersonal, and communication skills. Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese. Responsibilities Deliver hands‑on technical support and guidance for the deployment, integration, and maintenance of AI applications across the organisation. Assist in technical assessment and evaluation of third‑party AI solutions, ensuring alignment with organisational needs and best practices. Identify and resolve technical issues related to AI platforms and applications, working closely with internal teams and external vendors. Collect and analyse business requirements and implement AI applications accordingly. Provide operational and technical support, including occasional after‑hours system support when required. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure continuous improvement of AI solutions. Perform other ad‑hoc tasks or projects as assigned. #J-18808-Ljbffr
