About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Architect to lead the end‑to‑end architecture of our Customer Experience Platform. This role requires a strong technical leader who can balance hands-on development with architectural strategy in a highly collaborative environment.
Experience Required: 10+ years (Relevant)
Pay Rate: Minimum $66.43/hr
12 Month Contract
Responsibilities
• Own and drive the architectural vision for the Customer Experience Platform.
• Design scalable, secure, and high-performing systems (design for 100x, build for 10x).
• Contribute 30–50% hands-on coding with production-grade quality.
• Ensure platform uptime >99.9%, reliability, and low critical defect rates.
• Define architecture standards, API contracts, data models, and documentation.
• Work closely with Product, UX, DevOps, and Data teams.
• Mentor and provide technical direction to 2–3 software engineers.
