Senior Salesforce Full-Stack Engineer – NextGen Coding Company
Location: USA-Based (Remote, EST hours required)
Compensation: $50/hour
Engagement: Contract (40 hours/week, long-term potential)
NextGen Coding Company is hiring a Senior Salesforce Full-Stack Engineer to design, build, and support enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions for regulated and client-facing environments. The role requires deep Salesforce expertise, strong integration experience, and the ability to collaborate across backend and AI teams when applicable.
Core Responsibilities
• Design and develop end-to-end Salesforce solutions across complex enterprise orgs.
• Build and maintain Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, and async processes.
• Develop Lightning Web Components (LWC) to support modern UI and workflows.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Support enterprise workflows, reporting, automations, and data governance needs.
• Partner with backend, data, and AI teams to support cross-platform initiatives.
• Work directly with client stakeholders and internal teams to deliver reliable solutions.
Required Skills and Experience
• 5+ years of professional Salesforce development experience.
• Strong mastery of Apex, LWC, and SOQL.
• Proven experience with Salesforce integrations (REST / SOAP).
• Experience working with complex Salesforce orgs and data models.
• Exposure to BFSI or other regulated environments strongly preferred.
• Strong client-facing communication and documentation skills.
• Full availability during Eastern Time Zone business hours.
