As a Senior Quality Assurance Manager, you will play a crucial role in the Construction Management Team, working on innovative industrial and commercial projects that are transforming our world. Your responsibilities will include: • Communicating field quality issues to relevant stakeholders. • Collaborating with subcontractors to ensure adherence to contractor quality plans and Inspection Test Plans (ITPs). • Conducting contractor quality audits both on-site and at fabrication facilities. • Overseeing the understanding and completion of ITPs and Test Packs by contractors and the construction management team, ensuring timely actions. • Assisting in developing Construction Turn Over Package requirements. • Providing on-site support, monitoring, and inspecting materials upon receipt and prior to installation. • Ensuring Nonconformities are documented in Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) with appropriate corrective actions implemented. Qualifications for this role include: • 10 years of experience in the Industrial Construction Field, with relevant QA/QC experience. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to read and interpret engineering specifications, documents, and drawings. • Proficiency in Office 365 applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • A proactive mindset, willing to learn and share best practices. Ideally, candidates will also have: • A quick learning ability and a desire to expand their knowledge base. • Experience working effectively in diverse and multi-disciplinary teams. • Adaptability in a dynamic work environment. • Experience in Life Sciences/Pharma construction. • A Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management, or equivalent on-the-job experience. • Preferred certification in technical training.
