A company is looking for a Senior Discovery Quality Assurance Associate (PI & Mass Tort).
Key Responsibilities
Perform final, comprehensive quality assurance reviews of discovery response packets
Identify and document issues requiring correction, including gaps, inconsistencies, compliance issues, and drafting errors
Apply advanced knowledge of discovery objections, responses, and best practices to shape QA standards
Required Qualifications
5+ years of hands-on discovery experience in personal injury or mass tort matters
Working knowledge of Interrogatories, RFPs, RFAs, and discovery workflows
Proven ability to independently draft and review discovery responses end-to-end
JD or Paralegal certificate preferred
