This role owns the master schedule, material strategy, and inventory plan to ensure uninterrupted production during a major operational transformation. This is a build, stabilize, and execute role. You will drive planning across engineering, operations, supply chain, and logistics to keep output stable. We’re looking for someone who thinks like an owner, is biased for action, and is ready to take on a new challenge in a fast past environment. What You’ll Own Program & Master Scheduling • Build and drive the integrated master schedule across Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and Logistics; • Own milestone planning, dependencies, risk management, and recovery plans; • Run schedule reviews and keep leadership informed with clear, actionable updates. Material & Inventory Strategy • Design and execute the material cut-over and inventory strategy; • Define buffer stock, safety stock, and continuity plans; • Partner with Procurement to ensure material availability. Capacity & Resource Planning • Validate capacity, manpower, equipment, and sequencing; • Ensure production readiness while maintaining output. Engineering & Configuration Control • Integrate ECOs, tooling readiness, and configuration changes into the master plan; • Ensure design changes don’t disrupt build continuity. Logistics & Warehouse Alignment • Lead planning for material flow, storage strategy, and inventory visibility. Leadership & Cross-Functional Drive • Act as the single point of accountability for the planning; • Drive alignment across Ops, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, and PMO; • Escalate risks early and propose solutions. What We’re Looking For • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or related; • 7+ years in Master Planning / Production Planning / Supply Chain; • Experience leading complex production programs or major operational changes; • Expert in ERP/MRP systems and advanced planning tools; • Strong scenario modeling, risk management, and execution skills; • Confident communicator who can challenge, align, and lead; • Thrives in fast-moving, high-stakes environments.
