About the Role: Drive Digital Transformation
As a Senior Principal Solutions Architect, you will play a pivotal role in our technology team, spearheading digital transformation efforts. You will lead the development of technical solutions and innovations in large-scale BPX deals, both in pre-sales and delivery. Your comprehensive technical expertise coupled with strategic business insight will be crucial in achieving impactful outcomes. This role involves:
• Leading solution design and strategy for major government initiatives.
• Defining key themes and differentiators that enhance our technical offerings.
• Collaborating with capture managers and business development to shape opportunities effectively.
• Facilitating solution reviews with executives and subject matter experts.
• Guiding large initiatives that involve cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
• Solution Leadership: Drive the creation of innovative solutions tailored to client needs.
• Technical Architecture: Design scalable solutions that embrace the latest technologies.
• Proposal Development: Lead technical responses for RFI, RFP, and RFQ submissions.
• Estimation & Cost Management: Conduct detailed pricing estimates and manage cost optimization strategies.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and guide other Solution Architects to enhance their skills and career trajectories.
• Implementation: Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions.
• Communication & Stakeholder Management: Deliver compelling presentations to technical and non-technical audiences.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
• Extensive experience with modern cloud platforms, particularly in AI and data solutions.
• Proven success in developing winning technology solutions for large public sector contracts.
• Expertise in technologies such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, Dynamics 365, AWS, and others.
• Exceptional communication skills, able to convey complex topics effectively.
• Strong relationship-building capabilities with stakeholders across various teams.
• A proactive and collaborative mindset.
• Experience with Managed Services, IT Services, or Software Development.
• A passion for continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends.
Preferred Skills
• Experience in creating secure cloud solutions and knowledge of cybersecurity practices.
• Familiarity with compliance standards and risk management in regulated environments.
