Join our dynamic team as a Senior Principal Solutions Architect focusing on Google Cloud Services. This critical role will allow you to architect cutting-edge AI/ML solutions that align with Google Cloud's evolving product roadmap. You will work directly with clients to help them leverage the power of Google Cloud, converting complex technical features into accessible business outcomes while addressing key challenges.
In this role, you will act as a key internal resource, collaborating with engineering leaders and delivery teams to identify successful implementations, capture reusable knowledge, and develop go-to-market assets, demos, and rapid proofs-of-concept, often in partnership with Google teams. Your experience will bring patterns from various industry verticals, such as Financial Services and Retail, to accelerate solutions across different sectors.
Your Impact:
• Architectural Engineering & Design: Design and engineer end-to-end cloud-native architectures on GCP by orchestrating IaaS, PaaS, and Big Data services to support scalable, distributed systems. This includes architecting production-grade AI/ML pipelines while ensuring enterprise standards for security, cost-efficiency, and availability.
• Hands-on Delivery & Prototyping: Collaborate directly with project teams to demonstrate and prototype GCP product integrations and practical applications. You will be engaged in hands-on development with small teams to quickly create proofs-of-concept that validate capabilities and mitigate client risks.
• Customer Advisory: Conduct in-depth discovery sessions to fully understand client needs and provide expert advice on AI/ML best practices and implementation strategies based on real-world experiences.
• Pre-Sales Leadership: Take charge of pre-sales initiatives by producing compelling technical proposals, leading technical deep-dive sessions, and working with sales teams to establish effective strategies. Shape initial solution definitions in collaboration with engineering and sales leadership.
• Technical Evangelism: Advocate for the use of Google Cloud while educating teams on its benefits. Stay informed on the latest AI/ML technologies and share field insights to transform successful patterns into repeatable offerings.
• Strategic Road-mapping: Recommend effective integration strategies, enterprise architectures, and application infrastructures to implement robust solutions using GCP best practices. Keep current with GCP services and trends to inform practical solution development.
• Reusable Solution Assets & Demo Repository: Build and maintain an accessible repository of examples such as architectures, code samples, proofs-of-concept, and demos to facilitate reuse across projects. Showcase published solutions you've created to establish credibility.
• Engineering Leader Co-Partner: Function as a trusted ally to engineering leaders, assisting in the development of solutions from inception, testing feasibility, refining technical narratives, and delivering impactful demos with relevant industry cases.
• Strategic Ecosystem Alignment: Develop and maintain technical relationships with Google Partner and Customer Engineering teams to manage briefings and specialist resources for complex solution developments.
• Joint Innovation & Feedback Loops: Work in collaboration with Google’s product management and engineering teams to remain ahead of industry trends and provide input for refining our GCP solutions and accelerators.
Qualifications:
• Advanced Certifications: Hold current Professional Google Cloud certifications, particularly in Cloud Architecture, Data Engineering, and Machine Learning.
• Strategic Ecosystem Connections: Possess a strong professional network and established relationships with Google Partner Teams.
• Complex Platform Integrations: Have experience in integrating GCP with third-party enterprise platforms like Salesforce, Oracle, and VMware.
• Innovation & Specialized Knowledge: Proven capacity for leading innovative technical teams using agile methodologies.
• Cross-Platform Synergy: In-depth understanding of the Google Marketing Platform and Google Ads ecosystem to drive cohesive data and marketing solutions.
• Technical Governance: Comfort in collaborating with senior technical stakeholders on critical issues such as security and data privacy.
• Thought Leadership & Public Presence: Experience presenting at GCP events with a credible background as a practitioner.
Additional Information:
