Salary: $100,000 - 100,000 per year Requirements: • Strong production experience with C# / .NET (modern .NET preferred) and building APIs/services or internal business applications. • Proficient in SQL skills (SQL Server preferred): querying, performance tuning, and schema design. • Comfortable navigating an existing codebase: debugging, refactoring safely, and enhancing reliability. • Demonstrated ability to take ownership of requirements through to build, test, deploy, and iterate phases. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills as you will be engaging directly with internal teams. • Must have experience integrating LLM APIs (OpenAI/Azure OpenAI or similar) into applications. • Familiarity with practical patterns such as retrieval augmented generation (RAG), embeddings + vector search, structured outputs/function calling, and workflow orchestration/agent patterns. • Working knowledge of at least one AI-adjacent ecosystem like Python and/or TypeScript/JavaScript. Responsibilities: • Maintain and enhance existing internal .NET applications, including bug fixes, refactors, and improvements to performance and reliability. • Develop new internal tools and modules that enhance property operations, such as dashboards, reporting, and workflow automation (task routing, approvals, reminders). • Manage document handling processes (invoices, bids, statements, leases) and consolidate data across systems (APIs, files, SQL). • Implement AI-enabled internal features that create leverage, including chat/search over internal documents and policies, document extraction and classification, summarization and anomaly detection, and automation tools for operations/admin teams. • Enhance engineering practices including testing, logging/monitoring, security, and deployment discipline. • Collaborate closely with internal users to identify pain points and translate them into actionable solutions.
