Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities
• Work with stakeholders and handle organisation's learning and development needs
• Develop organisation's overall learning plan and conduct learning needs analysis
• In charge of annual training budget
• Source and handle external partners regarding learning and development matters
• Develop and update employee orientation materials
• Conduct employee orientation
• Monitor employee training calendar and coordinate internal and external training programs
• Gather post training feedback and monitor effectiveness of training programs
• Perform additional tasks as needed.
Requirements:
• Possess a Degree in HR or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Learning & Development and HR Operations
• Strong ability in handling confidential and sensitive information
• Possess excellent communication skills and able to communicate well with stakeholders
