• Site Reliability Leadership: Architect and oversee the site reliability process from design through global deployment.
• Infrastructure Orchestration: Mastermind and optimize complex Kubernetes clusters across multi-datacenter environments.
• Incident Response: Lead the resolution of production incidents to ensure high availability and sub-millisecond performance.
• Security & Scalability: Implement institutional-grade security protocols across complex cloud network architectures.

The Operating Model We maintain an elite, flat engineering structure designed for maximum velocity.
• Direct Reporting: This role reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer and the Director of Engineering.
• High Autonomy: We operate without middle management or product management layers; engineers maintain end-to-end ownership of their deliverables.
• Location: Headquarters in Singapore with comprehensive Remote flexibility. Please note that regular synchronization with Singapore-based leadership is required.
skills and experience required
• Experience: Minimum of 10+ years in site reliability or infrastructure engineering within high-demand, multi-datacenter environments.
• Technical Proficiency: Expert-level command of AWS, Kubernetes (EKS), Terraform, Docker, and Python.
• Industry Domain: Deep professional or personal engagement with Decentralized Finance (DeFi) and blockchain protocols.
• Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-velocity teams and establishing engineering best practices.
