Lead Data Scientist Role – We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Data Scientist to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Data Scientist, you will lead the development of cutting-edge AI models using LLMs and NLP. Your expertise in retrieval-augmented generation, MCP, and VectorDB integration will drive innovation in our agent memory and retrieval systems. Additionally, you will design and implement voice AI, automated care navigation, and AI triage tools to enhance our services.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the development of cutting-edge AI models using LLMs and NLP.
• Drive innovation through retrieval-augmented generation, MCP, and VectorDB integration.
• Design and implement voice AI, automated care navigation, and AI triage tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate advanced analytics solutions.
Required Qualifications
• 12-15 years of experience in leading large-scale data science operations.
• Deep understanding of medical BERT, BioGPT, and FHIR/HL7 data standards.
• Proficiency in Python, ML/NLP libraries, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Proven leadership and advanced problem-solving skills.

• Prior research, patents, or published work in agent systems, LLM architectures, or contextual AI frameworks.
