Duration: 12 Months Contract
Working hours: Monday – Friday (8.30AM to 6.00PM / 9.00AM to 6.30PM)
Working locations: Central.
Salary up to 11700 SGD
Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
Conduct code reviews and adhere to best practices in software development.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise.
Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
• Involve all aspects of the software life cycle including gathering requirements from the business, analysis of existing systems/functionality, design and implementation, all the way through to production roll out and subsequent support
Skills/Requirement:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Backend Developer with a focus on Java.
• Minimum 7+ Years of experience in Java development and Microservices.
• Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security and Hibernate.
• Experience in Openshift, Kubernetes, Docker
• Strong understanding of databases including MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
• Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure is a plus
• Experience in Agile technologies
