IT Quality Assurance Analyst to play a pivotal role in ensuring excellence. Will collaborate closely with various departments to execute and validate test cases, ensuring deliverables meet stringent quality standards. Attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving aptitude will be critical for success in this role.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to achieve project goals.
• Own and facilitate the design, construction and execution of test cases/ test scenarios
• Collaborate with Business Analysts to ensure requirements are testable and well defined
• Analyze system architecture and designs testing strategy as appropriate
• Monitor and maintain test scripts for evaluating usability, performance, dependability, and overall quality of our services or products.
• Identify and rectify flaws in the production process to enhance quality.
• Propose and implement preventative and corrective measures to meet quality assurance criteria.
• Collect and analyze statistical information related to quality metrics.
• Ensure that user expectations are met during the testing process.
• Create and document policies and procedures for quality assurance.
• Investigate customer and product complaints to drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain adherence to quality and industry regulatory requirements.
Skills and Abilities Required:
• Familiarity with QA programs and databases
• Advanced MS Office skills
• Reporting software experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
Qualifications:
• Seven plus years of testing, auditing, and quality inspection experience in Telecom Service Provider industry
• Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related discipline
