Position Overview
As a Senior IT Analyst, you will analyze client needs, design B2B integration solutions, and drive their successful implementation within business partner ecosystems. You will work closely with clients, ERP integration teams, internal teams, and business partners to deliver effective, tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Analyze and translate client business requirements into effective B2B solutions
• Lead client projects from discovery through deployment
• Manage collaboration with multiple stakeholders
• Orchestrate solution deployment within business partner ecosystems
• Bridge business needs with technical requirements
• Ensure compliance with quality assurance standards and implementation controls
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation
Must have
• Demonstrated experience with enterprise management systems (ERP, WMS, TMS)
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes including procurement, order fulfillment, inventory management, warehousing, and logistics
• IT background with hands-on programming and/or data transformation experience
• Experience with data formats and standards (JSON, XML, EDI, UBL, etc.)
• Ability to understand both business objectives and technical challenges
• Superior documentation and organizational capabilities
• Leadership abilities with proven stakeholder management experience
• Excellent priority management and deadline adherence
• Methodical, detail-oriented, and results-driven approach
Nice to have
• Experience with REST APIs
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or software engineering
• Minimum 10 years of pertinent experience with enterprise management systems and supply chain processes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French
