Key Responsibilities: Lead the ideation, development, and launch of new insurance products, from concept through to market introduction. Manage the entire product lifecycle, including product enhancements, performance monitoring, and end-of-life strategies. Ensure compliance with all relevant state and federal insurance regulations and guidelines. Develop and deliver compelling product training materials for sales, underwriting, and customer service teams. Monitor product performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction, making data-driven recommendations for improvement. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop effective go-to-market strategies and promotional materials. Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, acting as a subject matter expert on assigned product lines. Stay abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and competitive developments within the insurance industry. Manage product documentation, including policy forms, endorsements, and product guides. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or relevant insurance designations (e.g., CPCU) are highly desirable. Minimum of 7 years of experience in product management or product development within the insurance industry. In-depth knowledge of insurance products, underwriting principles, actuarial concepts, and regulatory requirements. Proven ability to manage complex projects and drive cross-functional collaboration. Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
