Job description:
• Full-Stack & Front-End Development Expertise: Strong hands-on experience building Internet-ready applications using Angular/AngularJS, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS, RESTful APIs, Swagger, UX/UI principles, and reusable, testable components, with the ability to render both server-side and client-side content.
• Middleware, Integration & Backend Skills: Proven experience with middleware, gateways, REST/SOAP web services, Java WebLogic/Tomcat, Java (EJB, Servlets), Oracle/SQL Server databases, and designing integrations using APIs and enterprise messaging patterns.
• Oracle Cloud CX & Service Cloud Implementation: 3+ years of experience implementing and administering Oracle Service Cloud, including object manager extensions, profiles/permissions, SSO, SLAs, workflows, reports, Customer Portal extensions, Agent Browser UI extensibility, and integrations using Connect REST, SOAP, PHP API, JavaScript, and .NET add-ins.
• Delivery, Support & Governance: Experience with RAD and Agile/Scrum (Azure DevOps, JIRA), installation script review and debugging, design walkthroughs, post-implementation support, security and governance (SSO, RBAC, change management), AODA compliance, and creation of user/system documentation.
