Position:- Senior Full Stack Software Developer Experience: 5–7 years Location: On-site Language: Strong English proficiency Type: Full-time Email CV on - - Role Summary We're #Hiring Senior Functional Specialist to lead our ERP, CRM, HRM, and Finance processes and drive end-to-end business automation. This role will shape how our systems evolve in future years, including RPA, AI-assisted workflows, and intelligent analytics around our Laravel-based ERP. Key Responsibilities • Analyze, map, and optimize business processes across Finance, CRM, HRM, and Operations, with a strong focus on automation and scalability. • Design ERP, CRM, and HRM workflows that are ready for RPA bots, AI services, and integrated mobile/web applications. • Work with technical teams to define functional requirements, APIs, data structures, and integration points. • Define and improve approval chains, automated workflows, alerts, and exception handling rules. • Ensure all financial processes (GL, AP, AR, bank reconciliation, fixed assets, budgeting, cash flow) are correctly implemented and support automated posting and reconciliation. • Collaborate on dashboards and KPIs for management, including predictive and proactive indicators. • Identify and prioritize hyper automation opportunities (rules + RPA + AI + integrations) and contribute to a long-term automation roadmap. • Lead UAT, prepare training material, and ensure users can effectively work with automated processes. • Stay current with emerging ERP/CRM/HRM and automation technologies and recommend tools that support future growth. Core Requirements • 5–7 years of experience with ERP systems in at least two domains: Finance, CRM, HRM, or Operations. • Strong functional understanding of: Finance: GL, AP, AR, bank reconciliation, financial statements, budgeting, cash flow. CRM: leads, opportunities, sales pipeline, customer lifecycle. HRM: employee lifecycle, attendance, leave, payroll basics, performance. • Proven experience designing or improving automated workflows in ERP or similar business systems. • Solid understanding of APIs, data models, and integration concepts (you don't have to code, but you understand how systems connect). • Strong analytical and documentation skills, with the ability to convert business needs into clear functional specifications. • Excellent English communication skills and proven ability to work effectively. Nice to Have • Experience with Laravel-based ERP or PHP-based business applications. • Hands-on experience with RPA / workflow / automation platforms (e.g., UiPath, Power Automate, n8n, Camunda, etc.). • Basic understanding of AI/ML use cases in business (invoice recognition, anomaly detection, scoring, recommendations). • Experience with BI / reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, Metabase , or similar).
